Rogress are the summons of Arc Rise Fantasia, and are incredibly significant to the plot of the tale. They can only be summoned by a Child of Eesa that makes a pact with them. They are incredibly mysterious and commonly believed to have been created by the god Eesa. Each Rogress is actually one of the Noire 12, among their other powers, each Rogress also has the power to convert Hozone into Ray, creating limitless amounts of Ray. The Empire of Meridia even uses Simmah as a generator of Ray, at least before L'Arc Bonded with him. There are 12 Rogress altogether, 3 of which are optional, They are as follows:

Location: Dragon Prison, first time through. Requirements for Bond: View cut scene in the Dragon Prison Hall of Bonding. Element: Light Sync: Ups Fire and Wind resistances by one point each, Balanced ability points. Battle Summon Effect: Light damage to the whole field.

Location: Top of the Olquina Shrine Requirements for Bond: Defeat Alf in the Verct Skywalk. Element: Dark Sync: Ups AP Max by one point. Ups resistance to Fire and Earth by one point each. Battle Summon Effect: Dark damage to the whole field.

Location: Batrachites Requirements for Bond: Defeat Alf in the Verct Skywalk Element: Neutral Sync: Ups offense points, lowers Defense points Battle Summon Effect: Untyped damage to the whole field, has a chance of instant KO.

Location: Ebur Ruins Requirements for Bond: Defeat him in the Ebur Ruins Hall of Bonding. Element: Earth Sync: Ups Defense points. Ups Earth resistance by two points, lowers Wind resistance by two points. Battle Summon Effect: Earth damage to the whole field.

Location: Beach east of Topazion. Requirements for Bond: Defeat Alf’s party at the beach OR defeat Alf in the Verct Skywalk. Element: Water (healing) Sync: Ups resistances to ALL elements by one point. Battle Summon Effect: Fully heals all party members on the field and ups resistances to all elements and ups defense.

Location: Soliton Caves Hall of Bonding, first time through. Requirements for Bond: Defeat him in the Hall of Bonding OR Defeat Alf in the Verct Skywalk. Element: Water (attack) Sync: Ups Water resistance by two points, lowers fire resistance by two points, Ups RES stat. Battle Summon Effect: Deals water damage to the whole field. Lvl: 41

Location: Ellgode Volcano Hall of Bonding, first time through Requirements for Bond: Defeat him in the Hall of Bonding OR Defeat Alf in the Verct Skywalk. Element: Fire Sync: Ups Attack, ups Fire Resistance by two points, and lowers Water resistance by two points. Battle Summon Effect: Deals Fire damage to the whole field.

Location: Ruins of Hibert Hall of Bonding, first time through Requirements for Bond: Defeat him in the Hall of Bonding OR Defeat Alf in the Verct Skywalk. Element: Earth (dungeon theme)/ Ice ("Force Shield" Magic effect) Sync: Ups Defense points, Lowers offense points. Battle Summon Effect: Grants all party members the No Physical status effect, thus negating all physical attacks for a few rounds.

Location: Waxing Crescent Inn Requirements for Bond: Defeat him. Element: Ice (location theme)/ Dark ("Magic Shell" Magic effect) Sync: Ups Luck Big Bonus, Lowers all other ablity points Battle Summon Effect: Grants “No Magical” effect to entire party, which negates all magic attacks for a few rounds.
Mashgar[]
Location: Flying around the world, after you see him in Olquina Requirements for Bond: Defeat him Element: Lightning Sync: Lowers all ability points, ups AP Regen by 1 point Battle Summon Effect: Lightning damage to the field.
Allul[]
Location: Snowy Alter Requirements for bond: Bond with Kudoan and Mashgar, then defeat her. Element: Ice Sync: Ups all Ability Points a lot, raises resistances to Water and Earth by one point each. Battle Summon Effect: Inflicts massive Ice damage to the whole field. This is the only Rogress in the entire game that doesn’t call her attack a Logos.

- Most of the names of the Rogress sound similar to Babylonian Zodiacal Constelations. The ones that are different there is the possibility of being mistranslations.
